mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use
the App.
1. Description of Service
Cue AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered communication
assistant that analyzes user-provided screenshots or text to generate
suggested replies and conversational advice.
2. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The suggestions and advice generated by Cue AI are created by
automated artificial intelligence. By using the App, you acknowledge
and agree that:

purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or success of any
generated reply.

You are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send based
on the App’s suggestions.

Cue AI and its developers shall not be held liable for any personal,
social, professional, or legal consequences resulting from your use
of the generated content.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:

Upload or process illegal, highly sensitive, or non-consensual
explicit content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
or AI prompts of the App.
4. Subscriptions and Payments (Cue AI Pro)
Cue AI offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions
("Cue AI Pro").

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID
or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew
unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period.

Management: You can manage and cancel your
subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or
Google Play after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your
behalf.

Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial
period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a
subscription.
5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which
details how we handle the screenshots and text you upload. By using
the App, you consent to the temporary processing of your data as
described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify
you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of
this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of
changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
