Muse Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Muse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Use of Muse

Muse is provided as a creative and learning tool to help users work with tracing, references, templates, and related artistic features. You agree to use Muse only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the app’s normal operation.

3. Advertisements and Monetization

Muse is provided as an ad-supported application. In exchange for allowing you to access the app's features, vector templates, and canvas spaces for free, you acknowledge and agree that third-party advertisements (such as banners, full-screen interstitials, and optional rewarded videos) will be served within the application interface.

Viewing ads to unlock premium app resources is voluntary, but using third-party software, modified files, or external ad-blocking software to bypass or alter ad delivery channels is strictly a violation of these terms.

4. Permissions and Device Features

Certain Muse features may require access to your device camera, microphone, photos, media library, or notifications. You control whether to grant these permissions through your device settings.

If you deny permissions, some features of Muse may not function as intended.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the images, media, and other content you choose to import, create, save, or use with Muse. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that your use does not validate any law or third-party rights.

Muse does not claim ownership of content you create or import through the app. However, you remain solely responsible for that content and for how you use it.

Muse, including its branding, design layouts, mascot assets, software source code, interface compositions, and original app content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Muse without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use Muse in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
upload or use content that infringes another person’s rights;
attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to Muse or related services;
attempt to bypass, block, disable, or alter advertisements or reward validation tokens within the app;
use Muse to distribute harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
misuse backend content, templates, or assets made available through the app.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Muse at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

9. Disclaimer

Muse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s performance, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits, or business arising out of or related to your use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Muse if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or used the app in a way that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of Muse after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
